Revolut Business Titan card launch

By late 2025, 85% of scaling businesses were paying for separate vendors to manage travel and lifestyle perks, and team spend controls. This meant operational friction, bloated budgets, and a disjointed user experience.

Titan was developed as Revolut Business’s flagship move upmarket: their first ultra-premium corporate card designed to compete directly with legacy corporate charge cards like Amex. Rather than offering another Revolut Business plan tier, Titan consolidated benefits, rewards, concierge services, and real-time expense management into a single card.

My role

I led early exploration, ideation, and final wording for Titan's naming, packaging, positioning, and value propositions, carrying it through into the full go-to-market: waitlist comms, creative decks, webpages, and launch messaging. I quickly established a distinct identity fitting an ultra-premium product, going beyond Revolut Business's existing tone of voice. This was crucial when, later, we worked on FIFA-branded comms tying Titan to the 2026 World Cup, balancing Titan's voice against a high-profile partner's brand requirements.

Waitlist signups ran at 2.6x benchmark. At launch, emails I wrote saw 5x the standard baseline for waitlist members (4.5%) and nearly 2x the baseline for non-waitlist members.

FIFA World Cup 2026 promotion

Not long after launching Titan, we quickly partnered with Visa to bring Titan members in to a draw to win tickets to the World Cup.

I enjoyed the challenge of writing voiceover copy, working closely with our in-house design and production teams. The script was hailed as a 'major improvement' by Head of Marketing.
