Revolut Business 'RB5' rebrand
Seven years and half a trillion dollars in transactions had turned Revolut Business into something enterprise-scale customers now relied on — with over 20,000 new businesses joining every month.
RB5 (the platforms' fifth-generation) was its biggest redesign to date. Nothing was missed. From rebuilding navigation across web and mobile to shifting the whole platform toward enterprise-grade features. These included automated expense management, HR integrations, multi-layered spend controls, B2B SEPA direct debits, and a rebuilt Treasury. All in one place, updated in sync, rather than as separate feature drops.
My role
I led our Business copywriters through explaining all of it at once — 41 webpages, 30 product articles, 100+ comms — under a stretched, changing team. I owned the roadmap, negotiated copy capacity across SEO, Growth and Acquiring, and stayed the visible point of contact for Product Marketing Managers, Product Owners, and Designers throughout.
Result: at launch, 12,000 businesses onboarded at a 0.1% opt-out rate — proof the new copy did its job, at a scale and pace the team had never delivered at before.
This was a huge undertaking. Beyond the individual pages, this was where we intentionally elevated Revolut Business's voice from listing features to making bold, concise promises ('Kill bills, not time', 'Gain hours back every week', 'Our biggest redesign yet'). I helped set that tone across the entire relaunch, and it's outlasted the project itself: that language is still live in Revolut Business campaigns today.
